REGAS System

Filling Control for Portable Cylinders
The REGAS system manages, monitor and records the filling of portable LP gas cylinders. REGAS is designed to allow minimal interaction between operator and equipment, shielding the process at all times.
The system only requires a one time initial configuration to start operating independently. Configurable parameters are still available to control the desired operation.
A Software monitors the behavior of the weight of the cylinder throughout the process, is able to detect small variations in the weight and to detect operating errors.
We use precision sensors, which ensures we have completely reliable filling events.

Weighing Platform

The weighing platform is designed specifically for the application. The portable-cylinder filling process requires havy duty use, we desing the equipments for industrial tough use but without comprimising the stability and precision of the process.

All equipment are conected to custom network and are constantly monitored with REGAS 2013 software.

Reports

Monitoring software records all the information generated in the filling equipment. This information is the most valuable data of the whole process, because with it you can analyze and make decisions that help improve operational efficiency and maximize process results.

Among the reports that can be generated are the following:
• Detailed report per service.
• Concentraded services per station.
• Executive Report. Total number of cylinders and cylinder events ranked.
• Report events generated at each filling station.
• Reporting anomalies.
• Report filling parameters at each station.
• Statistical Report on cylinders as:

Initial avg. weight of each cylinder type. It helps you determine the precise range of initial weight of the cylinders received at the plant. This allows you to always have the appropriate parameters to minimize losses by filling in average weight.
Final avg. weight of each cylinder. Like the previous parameter helps us in setting precise cut-off range for each type of cylinder.
AVG. time taken by each type of cylinder during filling. This will help to evaluate the operation by operator and equipment, it will help make the process faster or scheduled the filling load as proper.
• Statistical up time/operational time of equipment.
• Total usage time since last maintenance.
• Total number of cylinders filled at each station.
• Duty cycle of load cell sensor.

This information will help prevent failures and plan ahead maintenance services to minimize operating downtime.

Our monitoring application is verifying the operation of filling systems at all times. Upon detecting that an anomaly exists, it send a visual alarm on the screen and can also send an e-mail alert for revision purposes.
